CREATIVE COACHING FOR CLARITY & WELLBEING
Art for Wellbeing Coaching
A gentle, creative way to explore what’s difficult to put into words, reconnect with yourself and gain fresh insight.
When words aren't enough or are hard to find
You reflect.
You analyse.
You try to think your way through.
And yet, despite all your insight and reflection, something still feels foggy, confusing, or unresolved.
Perhaps:
- you want a gentler way to make sense of what you’re feeling
- the same patterns keep showing up and you’re not sure how to shift them
- talking helps, but doesn’t always reach what feels difficult to express
- your mind feels full and clarity feels difficult to reach
- you feel burnt out—but you're not sure how to recover or reconnect with yourself
What if clarity came from expressing things differently?
This creative work isn’t about making something beautiful or being “good at art.” Simple marks, colours, shapes, images and symbols can give you another perspective on what you’re thinking, feeling or needing.
Sometimes seeing something on the page helps you notice what conversation alone hasn’t yet revealed.
You may not need to keep trying to figure it all out in your head — you may need a different way to explore
Traditional coaching often begins with conversation. Art for Wellbeing adds another way to reflect when words alone don’t quite capture what you’re experiencing.
You're not lacking insight, you might just need a different approach
How Art for Wellbeing Coaching can create new insight
(minimum 3 months)
Art for Wellbeing Coaching is a 1:1 coaching programme combining thoughtful coaching conversations with simple, reflective creative practices. You don’t need any artistic experience. The focus is never on producing “good art”; it’s on what you notice, what emerges and what the creative process helps you understand.
What makes this approach different:
- Art is a tool, not the goal. Simple creative exercises give you another way to explore thoughts, feelings, patterns and possibilities.
- Creates space for what words can miss. Creative reflection can help bring forward thoughts, emotions, instincts and physical responses that may be harder to notice through conversation alone.
- No artistic experience needed. You don’t need to draw or paint well. The process matters far more than the finished result.
- Reflective and gentle. This isn't performative or pressured. It's quiet, spacious, and honouring of where you are.
- Professional & research-informed. I bring my ICF coaching training alongside specialised Art for Wellbeing facilitation, drawing on research around creative expression, reflection and wellbeing.
- For high achievers who think deeply. If you’re used to processing everything cognitively, this offers a refreshing alternative — one that can help you notice perspectives, feelings and needs that thinking alone may not reveal.
The creative journey across six sessions:
Session 1 – Where you are now
Creating space to pause and reflect on how things really feel. We begin with presence, not fixing.
Session 2 – Rebalancing your energy
Creating space to slow down, ground yourself and notice what is affecting your energy. Creative reflection can help you tune into what your body and emotions may be communicating.
Session 3 – Strengths & self-trust
Recognising existing strengths and inner resources. Building confidence through evidence, not pressure or performance.
Session 4 – Values & alignment
Explore what matters most to you now and where something may feel out of alignment. Creative reflection can reveal what words alone may not capture.
Session 5 – Boundaries, perfectionism & self-respect
Notice patterns around expectations, limits and how you protect your time and energy. Creative practices can help you notice patterns that thinking alone may miss.
Session 6 – Integration & moving forwards
Bring the learning together in a realistic and supportive way and identify what you want to carry forward, including creative practices you can return to afterwards.
Flexible and led by what matters to you.
I’ll guide the process and bring creative prompts, coaching questions and a range of themes we can explore, but the sessions remain flexible. We can follow what feels most relevant to you and make space for anything important that comes up along the way.

Kind words about my coaching
Rey
“From the very first moment, I felt at ease. Free to express whatever was on my mind without hesitation. Even when my thoughts feel scattered, Bianca has a wonderful gift for weaving them together and guiding us naturally into the first art assignment. The quality of Bianca’s questions continues to impress me. There’s a real skill in knowing exactly which mirror to hold up at the right moment, and she does it with such ease.”
What this creative coaching process can support:
